Terms of Service
Effective date: June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of PDFPro (pdfpro.shop), an online PDF toolset operated from New York, USA. By using the website or any of its tools, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: June 1, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the Terms) form a binding agreement between you and PDFPro, operator of pdfpro.shop (PDFPro, we, us or our). By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any of our tools, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or use the service. If you use PDFPro on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to you include that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a legally binding contract in your place of residence to use PDFPro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use PDFPro if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including any sanctions or export control laws of the United States, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for a violation of these Terms.
3. Accounts
A free account is required to use the tools on PDFPro. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly at tooooty27h@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account that you could have prevented by keeping your credentials secure.
Accounts are for personal or internal business use. You may not sell, transfer or share your account in a way that circumvents plan limits or pricing.
4. Description of the Service
PDFPro is a web-based service that lets you work with PDF and related document files using a collection of 28 online tools. Files are processed on PDFPro servers, and you do not need to install any software. The service is designed to work in any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
Some tools are available on every plan. Certain tools, namely PDF to PowerPoint, OCR PDF and PDF Editor, are Pro-only. Batch Studio is also available only on the Pro plan. We may improve, modify, add or retire features from time to time, and we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
5. Plans and Payments
PDFPro offers the following options. File-size limits apply to each upload.
Prices are shown in US dollars at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges or bank fees that may apply to your payment, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
All payments are processed by Whop, our third-party payment processor. PDFPro never sees or stores your card numbers. Your payment information is handled under Whop's own terms and privacy policy, and by purchasing you agree to comply with those terms as well.
- Free plan: a free account with access to the free tools, with files up to 25 MB per upload on all free tools.
- $1 One-File Pass: a one-time payment of $1 that covers one operation on a single file up to 100 MB. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Pro plan: $10 per month, billed monthly as a subscription. It allows files up to 500 MB, unlocks all 28 tools including the Pro-only tools (PDF to PowerPoint, OCR PDF and PDF Editor), and includes Batch Studio.
6. Subscription Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
The Pro plan renews automatically each month at $10 until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Whop at each renewal date. The $1 One-File Pass is charged once and does not renew.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Whop account or by contacting us at tooooty27h@gmail.com. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically result in a refund for the current period.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a problem that prevented you from using the service, or have another concern about a payment, please contact us at tooooty27h@gmail.com with your account email and details of the charge. We will review your request in good faith, but we are not obligated to issue a refund in every case. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through Whop to your original payment method.
We may change our prices or plan features in the future. If we change the price of the Pro plan, we will give notice in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice. You may cancel before then if you do not agree to the change.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PDFPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the files you upload and for how you use the output.
- Do not upload, process or distribute content that is illegal or that facilitates illegal activity, including content that exploits or endangers children.
- Do not upload files that contain viruses, malware, ransomware or any other malicious code, or use the service to create or spread them.
- Do not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of others, and do not process content that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not abuse the service, including by overloading our servers, running automated scripts or bots without our permission, scraping the website, or deliberately circumventing file-size limits, rate limits or plan restrictions.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure, or interfere with other users' use of the service.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or resell the service or any of its tools without our written permission.
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud or deceive others, or to impersonate any person or entity.
8. Your Content and Limited License to Process
You keep full ownership of the files and content you upload to PDFPro and of the files produced from them (together, Your Content). We do not claim any ownership rights in Your Content.
By uploading a file, you grant PDFPro a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, revocable license to receive, store, process, convert and transmit that file solely for the purpose of performing the operation you requested and returning the result to you. This license ends when your file is deleted as described below.
We never share, sell or use your files for training purposes. You confirm that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process it, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.
9. File Processing and Deletion
Files are processed on PDFPro servers over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Uploaded files and the resulting output files are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour.
Because files are deleted automatically, you should download your results promptly. We cannot recover files once they have been deleted, and we are not responsible for any loss that results from your failure to download your output in time. You should always keep your own backup copies of important documents.
While we take reasonable steps to protect the files we process, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Intellectual Property
The PDFPro website, tools, software, design, text, graphics, logos and all related content, other than Your Content, are owned by PDFPro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from any part of the service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
If you believe that content processed through or linked from PDFPro infringes your copyright, please contact us at tooooty27h@gmail.com with enough detail for us to identify the material and your claim. We may take appropriate action, including suspending accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Referral Program
From time to time we may offer a referral program that lets users invite others to PDFPro. Where a referral program is available, its specific rules, eligibility requirements and any rewards will be described on the website or in your account at the time of the offer, and those rules form part of these Terms.
Referral benefits have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise, and they cannot be sold or transferred. You may not manipulate the program, including by creating fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, using automated means, or sending spam or misleading messages to promote PDFPro. We may withhold, revoke or adjust referral benefits and suspend accounts if we reasonably suspect abuse or a breach of these Terms. We may change or end the referral program at any time.
12. Third-Party Services
PDFPro relies on third-party services, including Whop for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. The website may also contain links to third-party websites, which we do not control or endorse.
If a third-party service experiences an outage or changes how it works, some parts of PDFPro, such as purchasing or managing subscriptions, may be temporarily affected.
13. Disclaimers
PDFPro is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that conversions, OCR results, edits or other outputs will be accurate, complete or perfectly preserve the formatting of the original file. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it, particularly for legal, financial, medical or other important documents.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFPro and its owners, operators and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to PDFPro in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $10.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PDFPro and its owners, operators, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in doing so.
16. Termination
You may stop using PDFPro at any time. You may also ask us to close your account by contacting tooooty27h@gmail.com. Cancelling a paid subscription is handled as described in Section 6.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or failed to pay amounts due. We may also discontinue the service in whole or in part. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will tell you why.
After termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, will continue to apply. Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund, although requests are still reviewed case-by-case as described above.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
You and PDFPro agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our service, plans or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a notice on the website.
Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. If you continue to use PDFPro after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.
19. Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms, need help with your account or a payment, or want to report a problem, please contact PDFPro (pdfpro.shop), based in New York, USA, at tooooty27h@gmail.com.
